Laura will present three hot topics that can create liability issues for property owners and Landlords:

1. Lead Paint - She will explain the law and who has to comply, lead certification, proper protocol for testing, notification and working in areas with lead paint.

2. Asbestos - Laura will discuss identifying asbestos, how the tests are conducted and abatement procedures.

3. Biohazards - She will also discuss the dangers of biohazard material, proper disposal and clean up procedures.

Bring your questions and your notepads (or laptops) and be prepared for a lot of take-a-ways!
