Brittney Calloway is the founder and owner of Top Notch Property Solutions, INC and Top Notch Holdings, LLC two premier real estate companies located in the Washington, DC area. Brittney first got introduced to the real estate industry during her time as a Special Education Teacher in Southeast DC through the Teach for America program. Aiding in her student’s families issues with foreclosures and evictions led her to start her own business in real estate. She quickly learned that she enjoyed real estate and helping people which made her decide to quit her full time job and become self-employed. She is now helping families with their troubles and flipping properties in five different states all of which was accomplished in just one year.
She has spoken to hundreds of people on the subject of real estate investing and her story and journey about quitting a full time job to peruse her dreams of owning her own business. She was recently interviewed on the Real Deal Meetup radio show, Duru interviews, titled “How a newbie made six figures flipping properties and helping people in just one year”, featured in IVY magazine as Entrepreneur of the Month, and had one of her rehabs spotlighted on Fox 28 Good Day Marketplace in Columbus, OH. She is also a published author with her book “REI Automation: The Blueprint for a Virtual Real Estate business.”
Brittney recently founded and is the owner of Top Notch Consulting, LLC a company designed to help business owners automate their business using virtual assistants. She has recently released her webinar training series to the public after personally consulting top real estate investors and other small business owners. With her real estate business running on autopilot, Brittney currently Co-Captains the Real Deal Meetup, which is the 3rd largest Real Estate Meetup in the nation, she serves on the board of Trustees for Democracy Prep in Southeast DC. In addition, she is the Fundraising Chair and Secretary for the (NAACP) DC Branch. She is also pursuing her Executive MBA at Duke University. Brittney resides in Washington DC. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling the world, volunteering, 1-1 real estate coaching, and spending time with family.
