Join us for a full day (9am – 5pm) of learning about how to successfully purchase and rehab an investment property. The program consists of a morning classroom session, lunch, and then a hands-on afternoon session. - How to Remove and Install Trim
- How to do a Home Inspection
- Basic Masonry Skills
You will also receive the following handouts (some are printed, some will be electronic):
W-9 Form, Sample Independent Contractor Agreement, Sample Joint Venture Agreement, Listing of Pros and Cons of Each Exit Strategy, Scope of Work Sample, List of Ways to Determine ARV, Sample Contractor’s Agreement, a Sample Materials SKU spread sheet and a Property Inspection Sheet.
