Then come join us for a fun and festive first ever online 2020 Ugly Sweater Holiday party! 

You will have an opportunity to present your ugly sweater live (pets included) and
the Ugliest Sweater wins a prize!  Don’t feel like participating in the ugly sweater
competition? No problem- just join in on the voting during the event. 

We will also be giving away lots of Amazon egift cards as well as several real
estate related books so now is your chance to brush up on your real estate
trivia for a chance to win prizes! 

We will also have awesome prizes for the Best Creative Deal For 2020 and
the Best New Investor Deal (by an investor who did their first deal in 2020).

Entries must include photos and your numbers (e.g., purchase price, financing,
rehab costs, sale price, rent received, owner financing, etc). Please include your
HUD-1/Settlement Statement so we can verify a 2020 deal. Be ready to give a
1-2 minute talk about the deal to fill in the details.

Entries Must Be Received BY DECEMBER 7, 2020 
at AKRONCANTONREIA@GMAIL.COM to be entered. Please include specific
details on your deal so we can share it with the group. The winners will
receive fabulous prizes!

And the Grand Prize drawing will award one lucky attendee a one-year
ACREIA membership (or an additional year added onto your current membership)!

Also, since this is a special Members only and affiliate group members only event,
there will be no first-time guest pass provided.  You must pre-register below or at
