2026 OREIA Legislative Day at the Capitol

Be part of a powerful gathering of 100 investors and state legislators—an opportunity to share your story, stand up for your business, and help shape key legislation. The day features advocacy speakers in the afternoon and meaningful networking in the evening.

We’re aiming to pack the Capitol Atrium and show lawmakers our collective impact. While our legislative team works year-round to stay visible, nothing resonates more than face-to-face conversations with constituents.

This is our chance to thank legislators for supporting the Wholesaler Bill, push for fair utility billing practices, and oppose policies that could harm the housing industry—such as LLC transparency requirements, eviction record sealing, and high-volume property taxes.

Light refreshments will be available during the speaker session (1:30–4 PM), with drinks and hot appetizers served at the Legislative Reception (4:30–6 PM).
