Mike is a top producing broker who own several rental properties, has many investor clients and is now a partner in Great Move Property Management. When one of his favorite investor clients threatened to sell because he'd been through six management companies over the last five years, Mike and his partner, John, decided to give property management a try. "We took a look at what others in the market were doing wrong, developed a list of standard operating procedures, and launched our company in March 2024."
