Lee has been a practicing attorney since 1985, and his experience includes:

1. • Drafting commercial and residential contracts, easements, oil & gas leases, building contracts, estate planning documents;

   • Conducting real estate closings/transfers, title research;

   • Handling foreclosures, partitions, and landlord/tenant matters.

    

   In his career, he has also:

   • Served as acting Magistrate for local Municipal Court.

   • Hearing officer for Ohio Board of Education.

   • Civil and Criminal representation. Trial experience in both Jury and non-Jury cases.

   • Experience in property disputes, appropriations, foreclosures, partitions; contracts disputes, and injury claims.

   • Probate, Guardianships, Juvenile and Family law representation
